Our Team
Our dedicated team is led by Mykal and Kate Bartholomew, along with Executive Chef Adam D'Sylva. Together, they've assembled a team with highly sought-after experience from international and Melbourne restaurants. We're proud to have maintained One Hat in The Age Good Food Guide's 'Hat Awards' since 2009.
